Where did the name MTHS come from and what is the connection to Merlin?

MTHS Stands for the Merlin Trinity Healing System, the reason it carries this name is because I (1. see notes below) was introduced to a process called channeling (2.) And the energy that was most fond of presenting itself through the channel (3.) called itself Merlin. Merlin would say that he was that very same magician from the times of King Arthur in Great Britain. I became very accustomed to this energy due to the fact that I sat in front of the channel regularly for almost two years. I became so accustomed to the energy of Merlin that I learnt how to access his energy independently, no longer needing another person to do the channeling for me.

I understand that I have no way of ever knowing if it really was or is in-fact Merlin that I was channeling, what I do know is that the information I would receive was always very enlightening and uplifting and I felt that I was being healed every time I went through the process of channeling The fact that I always had the same feeling every time I channeled, led me to believe that it was the same energy, and so I continued to identify with this energy as Merlin. It became more apparent that I was, in-fact, connecting to the same energy when at times during the channeling process Merlin would say that he was going to introduce me to someone/thing else and the energy and feeling would completely change.

Many years after the above mentioned experiences I was teaching a workshop namely Reiki (4.) and when I was attuning (5.) one student to Reiki, I felt and experienced Merlin once again, I received the first of five spiritual healing energies that would eventually be known as The Merlin Trinity Healing System. Initially there were only three energies with corresponding symbols and these three energies carried a definite formula for assisting people in the act of self-healing on the physical mental, and emotional levels. They also developed personal awareness, which of course could go under the same beret as self-healing, and the process of spiritual unfoldment or reconnection. Hence the name Merlin Trinity was born.

Anup, you are the founder and director of MTHS, what would you say are the biggest changes you have found in yourself since you have been using these energies?

That’s a great question and one I can answer with ease and total honesty. One of my biggest issues in this life has been that of self worth and by far the biggest change in me is the amount of love and respect I now have for myself. I am much more confident and no longer afraid of life and especially of new situations as I used to be terrified of anything new or of meeting new people. Also I am no longer interested in what others think of me, and that is a massive shift, as my life always seemed to revolve around what another person would think if I took this or that particular action. I have so much more energy than I used to and actually love my life, and I really do attribute these changes to running the MTHS energies every day. There are many other smaller improvements but I think I have covered the major ones here.

What should I do to prepare for a workshop?

The only thing that you need to be aware of is that excessive alcohol consumption prior to any of the workshops would be detrimental to the attuning process, a few drinks is OK but blind drunk is not acceptable. Apart from that there is nothing you need to do before coming to the workshop, the fact that you have made a decision to come in the first place is enough. The initiate level can be quite a powerful turning point in people's lives, which means that the preparation has been done due to their previous life experiences. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and take a pen, as there is a little writing involved.

How many workshop levels do I need to attend before I can start using MTHS energy to help other people?

Only level one and then you can heal others with MTHS.

How long do have I have to practice MTHS before I can start working with others?

If you mean working with others using MTHS, you can start immediately after you have taken the first Initiate Workshop.

Is there a recommended age limit for people that want to attend a workshop?

There is no age limit and yet I find that children are not usually interested in learning this kind of modality. I have taught a few teenagers and this is amazing as they are opening their spiritual channels at such an early age.

How does Merlin Trinity Healing compare to therapeutic touch?

As far as I know Therapeutic touch is a method in which the hands are used to "direct human energies to help or heal someone who is ill." Proponents claim that the patient's "energy field" can be detected and intentionally manipulated by the therapist. They theorize that healing results from a transfer of "excess energy" from healer to patient.

The Merlin Trinity Healing System is vastly different due to the fact that with therapeutic touch there is a lot of sensing and intuitive work to be done by the practitioner, I have no doubt that this method of healing is valid and worthy, but may take quite some time to master. The MTHS is extremely simple to learn and use, and whether the person has just taken the level 1 workshop or has gone through all levels and been working with the energies for years, they will still be perfectly able and qualified to give a very powerful healing to themselves or another person. It must also be stressed that using MTHS over a period of time will certainly increase intuition and sensitivity.

MTHS allows powerful universal energies to flow through the body without thought or any kind of physical direction. These energies are from the highest source and are therefore infinitely intelligent knowing exactly what a person needs for wholeness and health.

I read a lot about light workers, is this program like what they do?

If what you read about light workers was that these are people that are working with the light (light meaning "the source of love, or God Consciousness") and using that light to help and heal humanity, then yes using the Merlin energies will definitely introduce you to working with light.

I have my own spiritual practice and wonder how this may effect me while attending a MTHS workshop?

This is a great question as many people have their own way in life and often wonder if this system will be detrimental to their own practice. The Merlin Trinity Healing System will only ever enhance you spiritually; it will work in with "your way" as it follows no doctrines or religions. Once you start to run the Merlin Trinity energies on your self you will find that you become more attuned with spirit, more able to perceive your own spirituality. Your meditations will become easier, whichever format or technique you are using.

Is MTHS a religion?

As mention above, MTHS does not dictate or follow any doctrine or religion.

I feel strange paying money for someone that offers spiritual help. Do I have to pay to receive MTHS energy?

This question is asked time and time again, I feel the reason it is asked is that on a deep level we all know that we know everything, or rather that we have the ability to tap into an endless reservoir of infinite intelligence, which of course is our own spirituality. So when people come for spiritual advice it is because they have forgotten how to tap that reservoir. Spiritual advice is really about showing an individual how to be who they really are – spiritual beings. We live in a world that operates and functions with money, we all have many different talents and abilities and we are rewarded for the expression of our talents in the form of money. Some people have spent many years working on their own spiritual essence and have tried and tested many techniques to find a level of peace that takes them deeper into their own spirituality and they are then able to make the road a lot easier and more accessible to the others, I truly believe this work should be paid for. I also believe that we live in an abundant universe and that all beings have the right to an abundant lifestyle, this is one of the great aspects of working with MTHS, over time you will find your own true talents and will automatically move into sharing them with others. When this happens you will be rewarded financially for showing the world who you really are. I believe that we are all unique and talented beings and that the ONLY thing we have to do is to find our talents and then express them in a way that benefits humanity, this is the work of spirit, this is when we are allowing true creativity, or God or love to work its magic through us.

How does it compare to Reiki? Are MTHS symbols the same as the ones used in Reiki?

It is similar to Reiki in the fact that it is a hands on technique of healing. They are both universal energies and yet I find that MTHS is much more powerful in terms of waking people up. Awareness is increased and expanded much more rapidly using MTHS. The MTHS symbols are different than the ones used in Reiki.

Can MTHS be used along side Reiki?

Absolutely! Many of the MTHS masters are Reiki Masters too, the two energies work very well together. In fact MTHS can be used to enhance or work along side any other healing modality.

Can you offer some tips on running energies on myself and others?

Try to stay focused and in the moment, see if you can feel the energy running through your body. This will dramatically increase your awareness as well as opening up your intuition.
Keep looking up to your third eye as you may get new insights or a vision to help you or your client.
Call upon the presence of Merlin from time to time, see if you can feel, see or hear him. He is always available to help you with your healing but you must call upon his presence.
Remember when running energies through the chakras you can also send the energies up to the corresponding chakras (see Initiate Level manual).
